Too often in the real estate business, clients and customers are viewed as commodities rather than people. During the sale or purchase of a home a seller or buyer needs to be treated with respect and their individual needs and goals must be considered rather than just their ability to pay a fee. A real estate transaction often represents the largest financial event in a person’s life. Sensitivity to the client or customer’s mindset and desires is as important to recognize and work with during the transaction as any other variable or component of the sale.

The Roberts Group was founded as a boutique real estate agency with a focus on providing a high level of customer service while at the same time being able to leverage current technological capabilities to facilitate the exchange of information between the marketplace and the consumer.


The goal for The Roberts Group Real Estate is to provide a greater service value to our clientele than our competition and to make the selling and purchasing of real estate a professional, well-orchestrated business event.



Jeff Roberts founded The Roberts Group after 20 years in the real estate business. Recognizing that the business world and real estate market were both changing more rapidly than at any time ever due to the incredible pace of technological development, The Roberts Group Real Estate was founded as the first virtual real estate company in Stamford, Connecticut.



After managing a home inspection company, Sandy is very aware of the issues a buyer and seller can encounter in the real estate transaction process. It is her goal to help clients make good decisions, reduce stress, and help them achieve a rewarding purchasing experience.



Before entering real estate, Kerstin worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, in both Miami, FL and in Stamford, CT. She also worked for the largest hedge fund in the U.K., Marshall Wace, and for A&E Television/The History Channel before pursuing her passion of selling real estate.


Kerstin holds a Military Relocation Professional Certification and is the Benefits Director for Hero Home Source - a non-profit organization that gives back to its local Heroes. Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMT's, Veterans, Air Force, Military, Retired/Active Duty Officers, Teachers, and all Medical Professionals are eligible to receive 25% of the gross commission from the purchase or sale of a home to use as they please.
